AN OVERVIEW OF OUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
KCR Service has THREE types of maintenance contracts, Pay As You Go, Labour only and a Fully Comprehensive Parts & Labour, the only difference between the three contracts is who pays for the PARTS.
On a Pay As You Go contract there is a yearly charge for the two PPM`s and all callouts, labour and parts are chargeable.
On a Labour Only contract there is a yearly charge which covers all labour, callouts and two six monthly PPM`s with all parts being chargeable.
On a Fully Comprehensive Parts & Labour contract all labour, callouts, two six monthly PPM`s and all parts are covered.
KCR Service has a 24 hour service desk which can be contacted by telephone, 0800 0852 504, or by e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will have an engineer on site within 4 hours. All service calls will have the following e mail correspondence and procedures.
“Callout acknowledgement” with a KCR job number and an ETA.
“Engineer on site” acknowledgement.
“Close down” e-mail confirming if a return visit is required or that the job is now closed. In both cases a breakdown of what was involved in the callout along with the engineer’s e-mail report will be enclosed.
If a return visit is required then a quotation will be sent within 2 hours of the engineers visit for authority.
All e mails will quote the Customer PO Number (If applicable & available) and the KCR Job Number.
All engineers’ service sheets will be scanned and e-mailed within 5 working days of the callout.
A monthly spreadsheet will be provided showing all callouts, faults and actions for each site.
KCR Service personnel are thoroughly CRB checked & security vetted and as a Company we are rigorously inspected twice a year to ensure we are maintaining standards in both the quality of service & installation.
KCR Service works with all manufactures and as such has access to parts to keep your systems up and running 24hrs a day.
